Purpose of the treatment
Personal data is used by Karl Johan Hotel to manage customer relationships, for invoicing, bookings, order management, and in other contexts where Karl Johan Hotel needs to know who we are in contact with.
Information that is processed
Karl Johan Hotel collects and stores personal data through our online services, only to the extent that you have been notified and have approved this. We use names and e-mail addresses in connection with sending out our newsletters. This personal data (name, address, e-mail address, etc.) users have provided on Karl Johan Hotel’s services, or associated services from subcontractors, will be stored in our or our subcontractors’ databases. This is to ensure that we can deliver the service our users expect.

Statistics
Karl Johan Hotel uses the statistics tools Google Analytics to calculate user numbers and traffic on our websites so that we can develop and improve them by understanding how they are used. IP addresses are anonymized before they are sent to Google Analytics, so that they cannot link information to individual users. Google Analytics uses cookies to collect traffic information in an anonymized form. Recruitment
